Project Description
Establish a demonstration project on the San Gabriel River to manage eutrophication through more protective Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) effluent limits, particularly nutrients. There are currently 12 permitted discharges in the San Gabriel NFCA and as population in the area increases the number and size of these discharges will only increase.
